Mobiliti operates a "door to door" transport service in the Klang Valley, mainly for wheelchair users. But we do provide a limited service for passengers with other disabilities.

We have five vans, which are fitted with hydraulic lifts and wheelchair restraint systems. This enables our passengers to travel comfortably and securely without having to transfer out of their wheelchair.

We also have one passenger van which seats 8 people. This is for the use of passengers with other disabilities such as the Learning disabled, the visually impaired, those using walking aids etc

The service operates from 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings. The vans can be booked for evening and weekend functions but this will be at much higher rates. If you have not yet registered with Mobiliti please click here to fill a registration form.. REGISTRATION IS FREE.

Once you have registered you can make transport requests. You should call the Mobiliti office on 03-7957 7255 or 7957 7266 to make a request. We require at least 2 days notice. Regretfully we cannot accept bookings for more than one week in advance. The Mobiliti office will telephone you 2 days before your travel date to confirm the details of your trip. We always try our best to meet every request. But sometimes we just do not have enough space in the vans and have to turn down some requests. If this is the case we will try and help you out on another day.

We charge RM3.00 per one-way trip. So if we take you from your house to a hospital and then come back later to take you back the total charge will be RM6.00. You may also bring one care-giver with you (a friend, a family member or a maid). That person will also be charged RM3.00.

Although we give priority to medical-related journeys you can use the Mobiliti service to go anywhere shopping, to the bank, to a Government Department or to a friend's house.

So if you haven't been out of the house for a while why not take a trip with Mobiliti!
